Janet Sama Mesang is the Founder and Executive Director of Hope Spring For All Nations.
She leads the organization’s strategy, partnerships, and program implementation, with a focus on removing structural barriers that prevent children, especially girls, from staying in school.
Her work is grounded in direct field experience and a deep understanding of how challenges such as water scarcity, poverty, and weak infrastructure affect education outcomes in vulnerable communities.
Under her leadership, the organization has:

Reached thousands of vulnerable individuals through WASH, education, and livelihood interventions.
Developed a school-centered model that links safe water access to improved school attendance and retention. Janet brings a combination of academic training and hands-on implementation experience, enabling her to design and scale solutions that respond directly to community needs.
